This is a scholarship program that LITERALLY COULD NOT BE EASIER. This is one of the EASIEST ways to help pay for college next year. All it requires is for you to sign up for a nine-week session where for two hours a week you will learn about local government, taxes, and American history. If you attend - you will receive $3000 if you are going out of Abilene for college and $6000 if you are staying in Abilene. THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY.
The slots will fill up fast. If you are interested in attending these sessions and getting EASY MONEY for school - I highly recommend signing up. For those of you interested in pre-law or political science, this would look amazing on a resume.
