It has been said that one act of kindness can change a
person’s life. In an effort to recognize
those students who have made an impact at Clyde High School, in their
community, and in their peer’s lives, Sarah Faynan created the “Pay It Forward”
Scholarship. Pay it forward is an
expression for describing the beneficiary of a good deed repaying it to others
instead of to the original benefactor.
Clyde High School “Pay It Forward” Scholarship winners are those students
who are willing to give back. They are
students who are willing to make a difference.
They are students who rise above the rest to become contributing
citizens in their communities in Clyde and beyond. See Mrs. Sewell, Ms. Conner, or Mrs. Broadfoot for the application.
