Junior Achievement Scholarship

Junior Achievement’s scholarship application is live, and we are accepting applications through May 8^th. This year, we are awarding over $50,000 in scholarships!  Below are the requirements and scholarships we have available. 

To be considered for a scholarship under current selection procedures, a candidate:

1. Must have completed a Junior Achievement program during high school in the Abilene area.
2. Must have submitted this application (complete with a high school transcript and SAT/ACT scores) no later than May 8, 2019
3. Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout high school.
4. Finalists must participate in an interview with the JA Scholarship committee.

The three scholarships we have available are:

1. Abilene Christian University - A $10,000 scholarship (paid over four years) to be used only at ACU.

2. McMurry University - A $6,000 scholarship (paid over four years) to be used only at McM.

3. Willie I., Wanda, & W.F. Martin Charitable Trust Fund Scholarship - A $4,000 scholarship (paid over four years) to be used at any college or university in the United States.
