Eligibility: In order to be eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:
· Must be a graduating senior of a Big Country High School (Region 14) or a college level student from the Region 14 area committed to a Geology degree.
· Must plan to attend an accredited four year college in the United States.
· Must demonstrate strong motivation for success in college.
· Must be ranked in top 50% of graduating class
· Financial need will be a consideration for this award.
