Each year ATFCU awards at least $12,000 in scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Recipients are chosen based upon academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and evidence of financial responsibility. In order to qualify for the upcoming scholarship cycle, a prospective applicant will need to establish an account at Abilene Teachers FCU on or before December 14, 2018. Accounts can be opened at all lobby locations or can be completed online.
Please urge your child, grandchild, niece, nephew, cousin or friend to create an account today in order to establish eligibility. Students younger than 18 will require an adult joint owner in order to open an account. A student 18 years or older can open his/her account on their own. Scholarship applications will be available online on February 1, 2019.
