On behalf of McMurry University, we would like to invite all juniors and seniors who are wanting to further their education after high school to attend our FREE College PASS day on February 20, 2016.
The College PASS: A day to learn about preparing for college, selecting the right career path and university, university life, how to be successful in college and tips along the way! The day is to be informative, relevant and fun! We will have speakers covering topics that fall under the PASS theme of Prepare, Apply, Select and Succeed. These topics will range from: preparing the student for college in their junior year of high school, how to fund higher education, preparing your taxes for college reporting, insurance, medical concerns, applying for college, successful essays, admissions, financial aid, loans, scholarships, defining majors, budgeting, credit, how to be successful in college, activities, student sessions etc. We will have the financial aid team set up in our Academic Enrichment Center as a FAFSA session all day to help students and parents complete their FAFSA and/or answer questions about the FAFSA. This is FREE for all attendees and lunch is provided! You do not have to be attending McMurry to come take advantage of this great opportunity.
Registration is OPEN! You may register for 5 different sessions. Each session will offer a variety of topics to choose from that best fit your needs. You may register at www.mcm.edu/collegepass.
Registration will close on February 15th.
There will be prizes given away through-out the day to include McMurry swag, gift cards, an iPad and more!
